All sports enthusiasts should feel comfortable in the fitness studio. A few rules and mutual respect are therefore important:
For a healthy workout without injuries, please make an appointment with our training experts for consultation and instruction.
To ensure that you can train in a modern, clean fitness studio, only clean sports shoes that have not previously been worn outdoors are permitted here. Training without any footwear is not possible for safety and hygiene reasons.
For a smooth workout, please put all used equipment (e.g. mats, steps, dumbbells, etc.) back in their designated places afterwards.
Smoking is not permitted in the entire studio.
Effective training requires concentration - please therefore refrain from using mobile phones in the training area.
For clean and hygienic equipment, please use a towel as a base when training on the weight machines and disinfect the cardio equipment used after training.
For hygiene and safety reasons, food and drinks are not allowed to be brought in. Glass bottles break easily and must therefore not be taken into the training rooms.
