As from 01.02.2024, the HolstenTherme is cash-free The following payment methods are accepted: GiroPay (EC card), all major credit cards (Visa+Mastercard), MobilePay and PayPal.
When checking in at reception, all guests receive the Smart Key - this makes paying at HolstenTherme particularly convenient. You don't have to decide how long you want to stay when you arrive. When you leave the HolstenTherme, you settle the bill.
Bathing, sauna, eating or drinking - all the facilities at HolstenTherme can be enjoyed cashlessly with the Smart Key. Simply hold the Smart Key against the respective reader and the amount is recorded. All bookings on the key are printed out as a detailed receipt - please always check this "account statement" straight away!
The key account has a limit of € 50.00 (youths: € 15.00). This limit can be increased as required at reception. You can check the current status of your key account at the information stations or ask at the cash desk.
Very important: The Smart Key is as valuable as cash within the HolstenTherme! When worn directly on the body, it is the safest way to prevent theft or misuse by others. If you lose your key, please let reception know immediately!
When leaving the HolstenTherme, you settle the total charge. Hold the key against the reader of the automatic pay station and pay the amount due with EC-, Maestro, Visa, MasterCard or Apple Pay. Once your balance has been cleared, you can leave HolstenTherme directly via the right-hand turnstile.
