The HolstenTherme SaunaWorld is a textile free environment, swimwear is not permitted. Textile-free sweating is a tradition and supports healthy sauna visits. In the intior parts of the SaunaWorld, a bathrobe is to be worn.

A bathrobe is to be worn in all indoor areas of the SaunaWorld. This applies in the relaxation areas, the quiet rooms, at the sauna bar and in the "Mahira". Please also bring two large towels for hygienic sauna use.

Towels and bathrobes are available at the HolstenTherme and SaunaWorld reception for a fee and deposit:

• Bathrobe € 7,00 plus deposit € 45.00
• Towel € 5,00 plus deposit € 20.00

Adolescents under the age of 18 are only permitted to visit the HolstenTherme SaunaWorld if accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Children under 5 years of age are not admitted.

The temperatures are controlled by an automatic control system and are constant. The actual measured water temperature and the perceived temperature can be very different depending on your well-being.
