Although we have plenty of parking facilities, there may be a shortage of parking spaces on fine summer days. We therefore recommend arriving without a car if possible.

All prices are final prices in Euro and include the legal value added tax.

¹ Children under 5 years accompanied by paying adults can enter free of charge.

² Pupils, students, pensioners, recipients of Unemployment Benefit I & II, people with disabilities (child as companion: at least 7 years; must be able to swim with proof or be at least 1.60 m tall; reduced entrance with valid ID and the following records: - from 50 % with record G and/or H; - from 70% without record;- free entry for an accompanying person with record B)

³ A deposit of € 3.00 is due for all 12 tickets and season tickets. For the preparation of the season ticket a photo is required.

Recipients of unemployment benefits I and II (with proof) receive the season ticket at a reduced price. Children of ALG I or II recipients receive the season ticket at a reduced rate of € 23.50, without their parents having to purchase their own card.

" A family " is a relationship with children up to 18 years of age. Own children are children who live and reside in a common household with the legal guardian.

Locker keys are available at the cash desk (deposit € 5.00).

Guests of HolstenTherme are free to visit the outdoor pool when the gateway is open; the HolstenTherme rates apply for the use of the HolstenTherme.

Visitors of the panorama terrace (without bathing) pay € 1.00.
